Caffe Trieste is world-famous, and its historic location in North Beach, San Francisco was the first espresso coffee house established on the West Coast in 1956. Years later, they opened a restaurant and café in Sausalito adjacent to the marinas with a beautiful view of San Francisco across the bay. The menu desperately needed a redesign as it was quite disorganized and confusing. This new menu layout was very well-received by the customers, staff, and management.
